Tennessee real estate exam questions people ask

How is the Tennessee affiliate broker exam laid out?

PSI splits it in two. The national section covers real estate principles in 80 scored questions with 160 minutes on the clock; the Tennessee section covers state law in 40 scored questions with 80 minutes. Five to 10 unscored experimental questions may be mixed in, and they eat into your time.

On the state side, advertising and marketing (7 items) and agency and disclosure issues (6 items) weigh the most. Commission powers, licensing, broker relationships, record keeping and trust money get 4 or 5 items each.
