1. What OneTryPass is
OneTryPass is a study and practice website. It is not a government agency, does not give tests on behalf of any agency and does not issue permits, licenses or citizenship. Passing a practice test on OneTryPass does not mean you will pass the official test.
2. Rules change
State and federal rules change. Every fact on the site shows its official source and the date we checked it, and the agency's own page is the final word. Check it before your test, and tell us if you find a difference.
3. Practice packs
A practice pack is a one-time purchase for personal use by one person. It gives access to the questions and tools for the test and state you chose, for the period shown at checkout (one year). Accounts are personal; please don't share your access or copy the question bank.
4. Refunds
Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
5. Content
OneTryPass writes its own DMV and real estate practice questions and explanations, and owns them. Official handbooks belong to the agencies that publish them. The USCIS civics questions are public.
6. Limits
The site is provided as is. We work to keep every fact correct and dated, but we can't promise that the site is free of errors or always available. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the pack involved.
7. Changes
When these terms change, the date below changes too. Purchases already made keep the terms in effect when you bought them.
