Full refund within 7 days
Full refund within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. This applies to every OneTryPass practice pack.
How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used to pay, or include that address in the message. You don't need to give a reason.
What happens next
- The full amount goes back to the card you paid with, through Stripe.
- Access to that practice pack ends when the refund is issued.
- How long the money takes to show up on your statement depends on your bank.

Write to us anyway if something went wrong, such as a duplicate charge or a pack for the wrong state. See also the terms of use.
